Life Hotel

Best choice in Bibione - great hotel, super nice staff, everything is new & clean, modern interior and they have an excellent breakfast! There are several activities the offer (e. g. bikes, table tennis, gaming room..) and they have a playroom for smaller kids - they loved it! It is very close to both the beach and the city center. We definitely recommend it 👌

All the applause 👏 go to CHEF & kitchen team ONLY! Amazing menu options in the restaurant. We have full board, 9 nights. Every meal is a masterpiece 🔥 The rest in the hotel was not that cool: ❌no entertainment except only one musician on Monday (which was a bit boring) and strange clown ❌no hotel area ❌elevators are super small ❌sink in the bathroom is the super small size, not function at all. ❌no shelves in the bathroom ❌beach area is mixed, no privacy, some people do not understand the rule of “no smoking”, beach area can be more clean ❌no outdoor playground for the children ❌staff in the restaurant is lost, not trained, they do not know what to do and they have no idea about their responsibilities and the smile to the guests. 👍🏻Only big thanks to KEVIN, Ermes and Tatiana. They are super professional and always busy with something. The rest are just chilling around, chatting and laughing between each other. ❌show cooking area is not used at all. The person who is supposed to be there is always absent or Hiding in the kitchen. ❌restaurant does not know what it is punctionality and if you come for breakfast or lunch by the opening time, they still prepare the setting. ❌once we came for lunch and there were not salad options, one waiter just said that this is not profitable for them to offer vegetables only for 4 guests😳sorry, but this is not for free and we have payed for that. Instead, she could offer at least a plate of the salad but not saying that ❌we were 10 days at the hotel and every time we should remind the waiters to give us a plastic spoon for a baby. They could not remember this. ❌not much healthy options for babies ❌I would say that this hotel is more for couples and not for families at all(no infrastructure for that) ❌staff at reception is always looking at you like “so, what else you need…” when you come to them. Their manager in the glasses does not know what is hospitality as well, only wearing a suit. Never says hello and asks you about the stay. When we left, they parked their car and blocked the way in the parking. We should wait for his arrival with the baby and he was not in rush at all. Moreover, he even did not apologize or said anything ❌no Division for smoking and non-smoking outdoor areas

We stayed at this property at the end of August for a week. The concierge was uninvited and superficial. Upon our arrival they didn't offer us the spa at all given that there were three days of rain on the way. Overall the rooms were quite clean although they could do more however the lady on our floor was very kind. We need to talk about the kitchen... The breakfast was plentiful and varied but the quality of the products was low or average. (to reward freshly made egg yolks) We had dinner twice in the restaurant and I must say that you cannot eat from 7pm to 8.30pm (people are on holiday, they need to take it easy) We ate both on Monday with the buffet and a dinner with table service. Dishes that are not four-star superior.. Evening room service very rushed. You have to remove Venetian liver from the menu! (cannot be seen or eaten) Thanks to Maitre Andrea.

We were there as a couple and can only recommend this hotel. Everything was fine. The proximity to the beach (approx. 4 minutes) and the center of Bibione (just as long) were excellent. On the beach there was a safe integrated into the umbrella that could only be locked with a personal bracelet. Pool area very clean (cleaned every day) and enough space. Hotel and rooms as such are also very clean, modern and comfortable. The food (breakfast) was excellent and special requests were fulfilled. I can't list everything that was okay because it was all what we expected and, to our pleasant surprise, what we didn't expect. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. We will book the hotel again.
